Our Journey and Experience

Virtual Image & Animation Ltd began its story in 2012, rooted in the steel construction industry. We made our mark by creating top-tier steel erection animations for fabricators and erectors, contributing to iconic U.S. projects like the Denver International Airport Hotel and Train Center Canopies.

As our expertise and team grew, so did our services. We expanded into high-quality 3D real estate renderings, project animations, and design solutions, catering to architects, developers, owners, and pre-sale teams. Today, we’re proud to be a leading provider of exceptional 3D real estate imagery, delivering value and visual excellence to projects across North America and Europe

Cliff Young - CEO

Cliff brings a great deal of expertise in financial management and business strategy to our team. With a degree in finance and international business from Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia he has a solid understanding of financial administration as well as business strategy and management.
Having co-founded many firms over his career, as well as working as an account manager at a major international bank, Cliff understands the importance of teamwork, customer service, and technology. He brings these values to the Virtual Image team to ensure that we deliver the best possible product to our customers on every project we undertake.

Keren has over 20 years of experience in business strategy, finance, and human resources. Keren has a Master of Business Administration from MIT, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of British Columbia. She brings a wealth of business experience, having worked as a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. She has also held leadership roles in business development at IBM and at Charles Schwab.Keren brings over 20 years of expertise in business strategy, finance, and human resources to our team. She holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of British Columbia. Keren’s extensive business acumen is further enriched by her experience as a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group. Soheil’s passion for 3D artistry infuses his work with creativity and innovation, ensuring each project is not only successful but also visually captivating. His approach is marked by flexibility, open-mindedness, and a steadfast commitment to excellence, making him a pivotal asset to any endeavor. With his blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience, Soheil is exceptionally well-equipped to drive projects towards success, leaving a positive and lasting impact on every task he undertakes.

Suhail Alam - Sales Manager

Suhail specializes in having a creative approach to finding solutions for his clients with a background focused in prospecting, target marketing, client acquisition and retention. With an MBA in marketing, Suhail seeks to first fully understand his clients needs and then put together the best service to meet the unique demands of the project. This includes photorealistic project renders, animations or graphic imagery, project planning, and value add construction services. He understands the needs of his clients, and works closely to ensure that all project information is obtained at the outset of our journey with the customer to provide our production team with all required project scope. He is fully verse in 3d animation and rendering software to answer client questions and make informed recommendations.
